Friends of the Phoenix Scouts

28th High Wycombe Scout Group – hosted our entire group for their ‘Iftar Under the Stars’ event in March 2024, learning all about Ramadan.

All Saints Church, High Wycombe – hosted an educational visit in March 2024, where we climbed to the top of the bell tower and had a go at bell ringing.

Bee Squared Project – invited the Cubs to participate in a community project, distributing seed packets to households in Hazlemere.

Bhaktivedanta Manor – invited the Cubs to tour their temple in Watford.

Country Supplies

Hazlemere Memorial Hall Charitable Incorporate Organisation (CIO) – donated £500 for the purchase of equipment for the opening of the new Squirrel Scout section in August 2024.

Merchant Taylor’s School – Huge thanks to Jason who delivered an unforgettable day of watersports and orienteering in September 2024.

Multiply Music – delivered a music evening with the Cubs in January 2024.

Peterley Manor Farm – donated foliage and advice in support of the Cubs Christmas wreath making activity in December 2023.

Spirit of the Wild – brought their amazing travelling zoo to meets our Cubs in July 2024.

Wickes – donated 30 pairs of safety goggles.

Widmer End School – provided use of their school hall during the rebuild of The Phoenix Building.
