Cubs is for everyone, including all faiths and no faith at all. We identify with all faiths, not exclusively one faith, and we always act in line with our values of respect, care, belief, co-operation and integrity.

This means we:

1) Respect people’s beliefs, faiths and cultures

2) Care about others and take care of our world and the communities we live in

3) Explore our own and others’ beliefs and learn about different beliefs in exciting and meaningful ways

4) Co-operate with others and make friends

5) Act with integrity and be honest, loyal and trustworthy.

It’s been great to see the Cubs exploring Diwali this week. What a fascinating festival, signifying the victory of good over evil, light over darkness and knowledge over ignorance.
